  • Online training for Election Officers for conducting elections in E type societies is available on this portal.
  • Recently an online programme about contemporary issue of Redevelopment has also been launched on Sahakar Samvad for creating awareness.

Transparent Online Admission Process

Developed a paperless online admission system for conducting online admission process which managed real time application form filling, scrutiny of documents, merit list generation, grievance handling, allocation and reporting in colleges. This was a completely transparent system allowing stakeholders full view access of relevant information and documents.
For nine years Kalp worked with Maharashtra Council for Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER) for managing admission process of all courses conducted in all four agricultural universities in Maharashtra. MCAER was a happy client as not only the number of disputes went down but, in case of litigations MCAER could score victory. Kalp has processed around Ten Lakh of applications during this period .

MIS for Safe Immunization

UNICEF had engaged Kalp to build a national level MIS for vaccination equipment. This project was developed for Immunization Division, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Design, development and deployment of this project offered Kalp an opportunity to go pan India as Kalp conducted user training programmes at State level and Trainer’s training programme at National level.
This MIS was catering to users spread over more than six hundred districts across India. There was a hierarchy of users from planners and policy makes to UNICEF consultants to the end users who actually operated the system.

Benefits Management System for Economically and Socially Backward Students

This solution was a precursor to MahaDBT. Way back in early 2000s unaided colleges had to compute amounts payable to beneficiaries, submit to the social welfare department for sanction and then, distribute to the students.
This was a complete manual process. With multiple parameters it was a complex task and possibilities of error were high. Kalp’s solution was affordable accessible (CD) and since Kalp had set up telephonic and on site help desk it became easily acceptable too. More than five thousand colleges spread across Maharashtra used this solution. This was endorsed by Directorate of Social Welfare.
